Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Free Shipping Over £10
We offer free shipping for all domestic orders over £10.00. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days after you have ordered. Once dispatched, they will be delivered via our courier partner within approx. 3 – 5 business days. Shipping times may be longer during peak times.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window as stated from the courier please contact us within 5 business days after the expected arrival date to claim a lost or damaged item.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

DURATION OF SHIPPING
All the stocked orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of an order.
Any ‘made to order’ items are shipped directly from our factory in Nepal. Please allow 20 days for delivery of your order from the date of order confirmation. Please note that once your order is confirmed, you cannot change the design or cancel your delivery.
DISCOUNTS
We may issue discount codes during promotions. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or sale item. We are a small business, so we ask you kindly not to take advantage of our codes and inform us of any glitches with the codes released.
